Understanding individual values, leadership potential and challenges enable leaders to develop a framework of their unique style. Organization transformation and change may cause stress and anxiety for a leader, inadvertently impacting his or her team and other key relationships. An assessment provides a snapshot of the leader’s behavior or blind spots and provides direction for change and relationship building.
