We take a holistic approach to coaching assessing the context of the organization within which our clients work, their teams, line managers and other influences; contextualizing coaching around specific business issues. We support our client leaders to understand their unique leadership framework identifying strengths as well as the areas they want to deconstruct, or those areas of challenge.
Typical areas the client will focus on might include strategic planning, communication skills, improving productivity, delegation or team management and executive presence.
